Great hotel, clean, quiet, great location and staff and amazing price

Pros: I liked the cleanliness, location, friendly staff and affordable.

Cons: My key stopped working on the elevator but the front desk fixed it for me.

Pros: Very nice room. For the reasonably price I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the accommodations were.

Pros: We were presently surprised how nice the hotel was and how comfortable the bed was. The room was clean and a really nice size. There was several different foods options to choose from and the casino was really close.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like.

I would recommend Lady Luck Casino Hotel to family and friends.

Pros: I didn't know they had breakfast. But I had a nice time. I loved Valerie the front desk attendant.

Cons: Knowing they had breakfast. Wish there was a pool .

We stayed at this hotel a few times before and happily will do again

Pros: The room was immaculately clean, spacious, with everything you need. Comfortable mattress and pillows.

Cons: I don’t have anything bad to say about the hotel apart from checking in process. As we stayed at this hotel before, we knew that better to go for check in to the Horseshoe hotel reception, because the check in machines don’t work properly.

I would stay here again if my travels brought me close enough.

Pros: The room was big and clean. The entire facility was well-lit, including the parking garage was well-marked. Check-in was easy and fast by the receptionist.

Cons: The prices for the breakfast items- bacon, egg croissant $6.99 and a bottle of Coke (close to $4) came to about $12. I believe the prices I listed are correct.
