Relaxing stay, close to the village

Pros: Location and convenience of the gondola to the village

Cons: Fridge actually freeze things which meant we had a bottle break inside the fridge

Pros: Location is perfect, all the staff very friendly and excellent services

Cons: It is needed AC for the summer season. The fan helped but AC would be perfect

Cute mountain hotel.

Pros: The hotel is very cute and easy to get around. We booked a loft room which was unique to any other hotel experience I had! I loved the spiral staircase to the bed in the loft. The hotel was overall very clean but you can tell it’s an older hotel with some of the wear and tell and layers of dust in the just out of reach places. The staff was very friendly.

Cons: The beds in our room were very soft, my husband and I both prefer firmer so our backs were hurting pretty badly the second morning of our stay. The pool is also outdoor which is a bummer since it gets so cold outside. The hot tub was great, nice and big but had a ton of dead bugs in there, more than a days worth so it doesn’t look like it’s skimmed very frequently.

Pros: Room was warm in the day time-wouldn’t have been able to stay there for a long period, otherwise things were great, pool was nice!

Cozy place, close to WP base

Pros: Close to the lifts and WP Village. Loved the hot tub after skiing. Good parking. Close access to everything. Helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Great little kitchenettes, well equipped with the basics. Water refill stations, ski lockers, hangout area with complimentary coffee and water.

Cons: High price, rooms need a revamp. Peeling wallpaper around the baseboard area. Kitchen cabinet fell off when opened. Shower heads need replaced. Mid week room refresh was skipped.

Pros: Staff was super helpful and excellent. They have a special room to keep your bags if you arrive early, want to leave them to go skiing after checkout. Room was comfortable, clean overall, nice to have a little fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. Hot tub was super nice. Parking very convenient and easy.

Cons: The room could use a new coat of pain - we were on the top floor and the walls and ceiling had some dirt on them, likely from heating. The beds were rather soft. I was under the impression that the village cabriolet, which was right next to the hotel, was closer to the slopes. From the cabriolet you had to walk through the resort to the slopes. Walking through the town in ski boots was not super easy. Thank goodness they have little wagons you can put your equipment and ski boots on, which eliminates the need to carry it all and change near the gondola/lifts, which we did after the first day.

Lovely stay flowers remain amazing!

Pros: Location great! Lift to the small town was fun and saved some time.

Cons: Property was nice , except it was very dated. For skiers just wanted to rent in the hotel and ski it’s great. Could use updating in the rooms for sure

Helpful staff and comfortable room!

Pros: The staff was incredibly accommodating! I broke my foot before attending a wedding in Winter Park and they provided us with an ADA room and early check-in.

Cons: I visited to pool area, which is in need of renovations.
