Spacious apartment with great location but could be improved

Pros: Great location, easy and indoor parking, well equiped kitchen and good bathroom. Wifi works well. Very nice and spacious apartment with enough storage space and hooks etc. Nice that there is laundry facilities in the building. Easy to check in with a code.

Cons: After an hour our feet/socks were completely filthy black, the floor was discusting (not visable). Makes one wonder about the cleanliness of other things as well... Some plates and utensils in the kitchen were not washed well. No black out curtains so the lights from the building accross lit up the room in the night and be prepared to wake up at sunrise. Not sure if that is an American thing since this is the 3rd accomodation in a row where we had that. No aircon (which we knew) and normally it isn't as hot in this area but now it was so it was pretty warm in the apartment. There was a fan but it was too weak to do anything although we apreciated the gesture. If it was cleaner we would defintely stay again!
