Good location, friendly staff and nice rooms

Pros: Well appointed room - lots of space and nice to have the sink in the bathroom instead of in the bedroom. Staff were so friendly and helpful

Cons: Soundproofing within the hotel - we could hear every door slam. But we couldn’t hear the I70 traffic noise outside which was good.

Microtel Inn is a great place to stay not only for a break traveling but also to visit the Georgetow

Pros: The location of hotel is amaizing, small town between mountains. In the backyard - lake. Swimming pool inside the hotel. Room was cozy, clean.

Pros: About as good a value as you're likely to find anywhere near this area. Pretty comfortable, clean, solid all around place to stay.

Cons: Website advertises a gym but they don't have one as of March 2025. Also, walls & ceilings leak noise pretty easily — thankfully they were happy to move us to the top floor to avoid loud people upstairs but that's no guarantee; I'd suggest requesting it.

Pros: We’re from Costa Rica and stayed for 7 nights. The hotel is about 1 to 1.5 hours from the resorts and towns (Frisco,Breckenridge,Vail etc..clean, quiet, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. 100% recommended! Thanks

Great all round place to stay while skiing

Pros: Pancakes and fruit was great. the Hot tub was great after a day skiing.

Cons: the Highway was very noisy from the mountain view side of the hotel. If I stayed again id pay for the Lake view to be away from the highway noise.

Pros: Stunning location. Zack on the front desk was delightful. Room was super clean.

Pros: The Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Georgetown Lake is a clean and welcoming hotel. Breakfast is a bit basic, but it's decent. The only thing to consider is the rooms - if you want to sleep with the window open, choose those not facing the highway, but if you keep the windows closed, it doesn't matter. Near the Microtel, there are a couple of great restaurants and a brewery.
