Very comfortable and peaceful night breakfast good staff very happy and helpfull

My room was ready when I arrived, the rooms were clean with comfy beds. Free breakfast.

Pros: I've stayed at this same location for every trip I take to Loveland. I can count on the room being ready when I arrive. It will be clean. The breakfast is awesome. Location has everything you need, shopping, fuel and eats are right down the street.

Cons: This is the first time I've had to pay for parking in all these years. I don't care for it, but I gladly pay it to stay there. Most places charge now and their fee is minimal.

Enjoyable stay, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Pros: Location close to UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies was great and we really liked that the motel was not right next to I25. Very clean, very comfortable beds and great interactions with staff.

Cons: Breakfast could have been better. More selection of cereals (they were all kids cereals), pastries and types of yogurt would have been nice. We didn't try the cooked selections.

It's a place to sleep and that's about it

Pros: It was a good jumping off point for heading to the Rocky Mountains.

Cons: The front desk person when checking out wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed. Did not care for the parking fee. I did not recall seeing a parking fee mentioned when booking the room. It's ridiculous to charge a parking fee at this location. The hotel is in the middle of a business park and was nowhere near capacity. If the hotel is going to charge $12 for parking they should provide a valet.

Perfect stay during the holiday week

Pros: Location was great for our trip, staff was amazing, very clean.

Cons: No complaints

Pros: The breakfast was very good, well displayed with hot items actually hot.

Pros: Mel, the breakfast attendant, brought out waffles, and they were a big hit. She was very friendly and personable.

Cons: Beds and pillows were to soft. The lighting was too harsh, maybe more of a red tint would be preferable.

We were comfortabel, slept well and enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Food was good - seemed to be something for all ages. Coffee was fresh and hot. I prefer the dark roast and so appreciated that that roast was available. Your hotel is located in the area we prefer to stay.

Cons: Nothing worth mentioning.

Your employees make or break any business, you have really good employees.

Pros: The breakfast was just okay, but the employees were all very nice and helpful.

Cons: The carpet in the room i stayed in desperately needs to be steam cleaned.

I enjoyed my stay there.

Pros: I was there for a early morning swim race at Carter Lake, so breakfast wasn't opened yet when I had to leave. However, they did offer me an apple, which I appreciated.

Cons: I feel it was overpriced for the quallity of the facility. It was nice, clean etc...but pretty outdated.
