Great place.

Pros: Everything was great. Clean, modern, big room. I can recommend this hotel.

Cons: Poor breakfast. Need to pay for parking 14$.

Pros: The room size was good for a family, cleanliness was excellent, pillows good, tissues and toilet paper stocked well, hangars plentiful, toiletries great.

Cons: Even though my husband submitted his credit card for the room, my credit card was charged and declined about 3 times then I got a note under our door to settle the charges and we were charged incorrectly to which we went to speak to the front desk and they said the $300 and the incorrect charges for bottled water would come off soon, we are home and charges for water did but not the $300. & when I arrived I I had booked a handicapped accessible room but it was a hearing impaired room.

Pros: Breakfast was made to order by really helpful chefs.

Pros: Loved this Hotel, large room with a second TV and a living room are that would be good for a family, Large comfy bed The breakfast was great every type of food also the managers reception was very friendly and a pleasure. All the staff was first class and helpful the public areas are first class. Location is good close to the motorways.

Great place for the family. The suite we stayed in was perfect. Disappointed in the cold pool..

Pros: The breakfast was out of this world. The view from our room was amazing.

Cons: There was no hot tub as advertised and the pool was ice cold. My kids were very disappointed as it was for my daughter's birthday.

Pros: I liked that they had a wide selection and the breakfast hours were very accommodating.

Cons: There was only one real problem there was no hot water in the room and the fridge didnt work.

Pros: Food was very good, staff was friendly and helpful, all areas, including our room, were immaculate.

Cons: Cheaper parking for guests.

Cons: The restaurant as they took forever to get our meal to us. They also didn’t really have many choices.

Pros: I stay at this location annually for CACTA and every other year for CACTE. I'm NEVER disappointed by my experience. Each and every staff member from the moment I check in, to enjoying the culinary requests (and mine are unique because of allergies), and comfort of my hotel room and convention facilities, attention to detail is top-notch. Axle in the AV services and Gregory in the restaurant as well as text messages from Kaylee made my stay incredibly enjoyable.
