Pros: The location, a few minutes from the 'W' line station is so convenient to get into the centre of Denver. Gym and pool excellent. Views from our room amazing!

Cons: The heater in the room was a tad noisy but we simply turned it off - the room was lovely and warm anyway!

Overall was a great stay.

Pros: The breakfast was good and was gifted to us. Loved the view from our room. Also loved the free parking and the size of the room was great.

Cons: There was hair on the shower walls. The mattress was stained with something red. And some of the ceiling tiles were stained with water.

Clean, comfortable and friendly.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful and I particularly commend the staff who looked after us when we arrived late and for breakfast the next day. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. The heating was a little noisy but you could turn it off.

Cons: Hotel is probably due a refurbishment, but there is nothing wrong with it.

Pros: Convenient clean and nice facilities with good staff

Cons: Obnoxiously loud and inconsiderate neighbors on the ninth floor

Pros: Breakfast is much better than average hotel. Room is well lit and comfortable.

Cons: Not really a problem, but hotel is undergoing renovation and required use of only one elevator, which was the service elevator. Thus elevator was slow and construction was a bit of a mess. But in fairness the current rate reflected this so it was acceptable.

Pros: The best shower I have found in a Denver Hotel. Lots of pressure and volume. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Nice view fo the foothills from our room.

Cons: Hotel is under renovation so some of the furniture was still a bit worn and heavily used and pool was closed.
