Excellent

Pros: Tanner especially was amazing. He helped us book multiple rooms at multiple times. He was so helpful. He helped with reservation, he checked us in with kindness and helpfulness. He knew who we were when we arrived. Then had a small issue with refrigerator he came up right away with towels I requested and fixed the refrigerator. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons: Nothing I was extremely happy

Pros: Great standard hotel, 20min from dowtown Denver, and 10min from Red Rocks Park. Free parking lot in front of the hotel, really quiet neighbourhood, simply great!

Uneventful, but disappointed the hotel didn’t offer what we thought it would

Pros: Clean. Michael on the front desk was a delight. Nice cookies.

Cons: Expensive, booking.com said there were shuttles to Red Rocks…there weren’t. For the money I would have expected breakfast to be included instead it was an over priced Starbucks.

Pros: The front desk woman (Alma) went above and beyond to get us the in the room we requested! Excellent customer service!

Cons: The bar guy closed at 9p even though time was 10p on weekends. Other guest were there as well.

Amazing staff, comfy beds.

Pros: The staff was so kind and amazing! The beds were very comfortable. The water pressure and temperature were excellent. Good breakfast offerings.

Cons: The latches on our window were broken, so there was a draft through the window all night. The pool is in the hotel across the parking lot. The breakfast option is not well explained. If you're not into food from Starbucks, then the breakfast offerings are not for you.
