Pros: This property was ideally located in beautiful Estes Park, close to the entrance to the national park and close to town. Outstanding facilities, very comfortable.

Pros: It is amazing. The staff, environment, location are great. The lady in the front desk ( I forgot to ask her name) spent her time to explain how to get the entrance permit of the National Park via app, and all information what we need. A stream flows along with the hotel. We enjoy the view every day. We also saw elk, blue jay, hummingbirds during our staying. Location is great. It is closed to the entrance of the National Park and not far from to the town.

Pros: The studio is spacious, clean, beautifully situated locally, and super close to Rocky Mountain National Park entry. The jacuzzi is a really lovely treat after a long hike in the mountains.

Cons: It is steeply prized, but we felt it was worth it.

Great stay, paid for spa room, a d was worth the extra cost. Everything is a short drive or decent walk away. Room clean

Pros: Location & comfort are great. Love spending time outside in front of river. Rooms, kitchen, cleanliness and most importantly the staffs are awesome. Overall the ambiance are great.

Cons: I think they need to change the sofa bed, otherwise everything is good.

Great location for Rocky Mountain National Park and convenient for Estes Park

Pros: Great location, just up the road from the Rocky Mountain National Park and a short drive into Estes Park. Separate bed and living area, with fully equipped kitchenette. Lovely and warm considering the cold conditions when we visited. Good wifi for us international travellers.

Perfect pad for two

Pros: Probably one of the nicest lodges I’ve ever stayed in. It was comfortable, warm, well equipped, screams intimacy and was the perfect getaway for a night during a busy week travelling. The spa bath was glorious, the bed was extremely comfy and cosy, the fireplace was lovely, the shower was hot and big enough for two. The kitchen was well equipped too. The location is divine, gorgeous little Brook running just feet from the back door. Incredible stay. Beverly is a treasure and we had a lovely little chat on booking in. The towels and robes were plush. Everything was spot on.

Beautiful Location

Pros: Fabulous location on the river Picture perfect 👌 A little dated but it was very cosy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay

Pros: The location was nice right next to fall river. Clean and comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen. Good parking.. Easy access to Rocky National Park.

Cons: It was a faff getting code to key entry. They are supposed to message you at 3.45 with it and because I had an international number I didn't get it and cell reception not good so I had trouble phoning them to get it. No extract over cooker so I set the smoke alarm off cooking toast. So I had to open all windows an doors to make a simple meal. Wifi very poor.
