Great place to stay

Pros: Good location, warm and friendly welcome. Large comfortable room. BBQs available for guests use by the river side. Close to Fall River entrance to RMNP

Pros: Cabins with a spectacular view. A flowing river. The cabin is well equipped with all the kitchen equipment needed for a stay. Great Wi-Fi . Near the entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park and the town.

Cons: The cabin is for a family. We are two adult couples. One of the rooms is for children. It is not suitable for adults

Pros: We unfortunately didn’t get to stay at the hotel due to an issue with our room on arrival. However, the way the staff handled the situation was outstanding. A member of the team was available straight away, dealt with the problem quickly, and arranged accommodation for us at their sister property, which turned out to be fantastic. All in all, it was a great experience and we really appreciated the excellent customer service.

Cons: The only thing we didn’t like about our stay was that we weren’t there for longer! Estes Park, the hotel, and the staff were absolutely fantastic.

A lovely homely riverside lodge, located outside of a busy town.

Pros: Room was spacious, tv was good, shared balcony overlooking the river. Direct access to the river. Parking right outside the room. The staff were friendly and the dog Aspen is adorable!

Lovely mountain cottage which really set the stage for our Rockies adventute!

Pros: Loved the charm and atmosphere. Provided great amenities, clean room, and lovely information and staff.

Cons: Parking was a little difficult getting there later at night (and with a bigger SUV), but we made it work. Mostly the fault of others not parking very well in the spots.

Excellent stay and would highly reccommend Ponderosa Lodge.

Pros: Location was excellent - very close to one of the Rocky Mountain National Park entrances, and only a short drive into the town of Estes Park. The unit was comfortable, and self catering with everything we needed.

Perfect for our expecation

Pros: It was perfect. We had an upgrade for free. Next time we'll stay here again.

Definitely recommend

Pros: Quiet quaint location right next to the river. Balcony was lovely to sit out at. Staff were so lovely and the fresh cookies were great. Loved how there was a living area space separated from the beds - made it feel cosy!

Cons: Bed was small for 2 people

Comfortable place with hot tub to spend a few days or more with two teenagers

Pros: The size was good for 4 persons, location was perfect (store nearby, had parking spaces), peaceful surroundings, amenities sufficient

Cons: Livingroom furniture a bit worn down
