Pros: The hotel is located in a wonderfull area. Everything is nearby and there are many shops, cafes and restaurants to choose from.

Cons: The price is high for what the hotel offers. We paid for the location.

Pros: Nice location, modern rooms and amazing pool area! Perfect stay!

Cons: Maybe need a few more sun loungers around the pool but other than that great! Just check re the resort fee… they forgot to take it off the bill but all resolved over email :)

Wonderful Denver boutique hotel

Pros: Loved it! Great room, decor and hotel design! Will totally be back. Super close to a high end shopping mall, restaurants and park. Specially loved the shower.

Best hotel I’ve stay at for overall experience

Pros: Everything was just spectacular! The eye contact and friendly welcoming from the front desk as soon as we entered the hotel was exceptional, so above and beyond expectation.

Cons: Not a thing to report. Every part of it was above normal. Service was exceptional. Decor so open and welcoming. Loved the whole experience. Top hotel stay!

Top-Shelf Experience at the Jacquard hotel in Cherry Creek

Pros: The hotel is in a convenient location in North Cherry Creek and all Cherry Creek restaurants, stores, and bars are within walking distance. Parking garage provided added security for my car. The hotel staff provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. The restaurant in the hotel had both excellent service and delicious food. I highly recommend the restaurant even if you are not staying at the hotel.

It was a wonderful staycation, but coukd have done without the early cleaning noise

Pros: Room service breakfast was excellent. Best I've had so far.

Cons: Vacuuming the floor above our room at 7 am

Pros: The staff was incredible. Extremely helpful with travel logistics and extra requests. The room and amenities were wonderful. The restaurant downstairs had amazing food and drinks. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location and great employee (Zach)

Pros: Front desk Manager Zach help me recover the I pad I left in the room. In the service and hospitality business employees like Zach that can resolve customers issues issues and followed through are invaluable. I am very appreciative for his help.

Cons: The lost and found process was not helpful and I did not get a response. This issue was ultimately resolved by Zach that cared enough to track down my left item and get it sent back to me.

Beautiful Hotel, but expensive.

Pros: The staff make this place very good, each person I came across was friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful, although the view of a construction site isn't great, but not much you can do about that. My only issue is it seems too expensive for what you get, and a valet fee of $68.00 on top of the room rate. The location was wonderful, and near many stores and restaurants, very safe neighborhood.

Cons: Breakfast included in room rate perhaps, it is just too expensive for what you get. This is a pretty hotel, but there was some wear and tear I noticed in our room. The rooftop heated pool is a nice amenity.
