Great accommodation

Pros: Great location & amenities. Lovely room, spacious, clean, comfy bed. Good breakfast.

Excellent, would be perfect with some slight changes.

Pros: The room was generous in size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a tradition american breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, orange juice and other juices and coffee. oh and waffles! After a few days we swung to the fresh fruit as we were so full of the american food. Parking is great, and it is across the road from target which is great. I would stay again.

Cons: The coffee was disgusting. It was stewed american coffee. Please an update for decent coffee! Also the room has no kettle so you have boil water in the microwave which you can't make decent coffee and tea like that. Just a kettle would be great.

Perfect!

Pros: The room is spacious, looks quite new, and overall very clean. Parking is low-cost and convenient. The location is excellent—it's not directly on a main road, so it's quiet, but it's still very close to a shopping center and Target. Everything was great. Highly recommend!

Cons: The breakfast isn’t great, but since it’s free, there’s not much to complain about. Housekeeping was generally good and always done while I was out, which I appreciated. Occasionally, the used towels weren’t taken away when new ones were brought, but it wasn’t a big issue.

Pros: they where super nice, the hotel location is super efficient. Plus they had food and drinks events in the main lobby for the guests.

Cons: the breakfast food should offer healthier options also. But overall it was good!

Bitter sweet stay

Pros: The hotel looks like new, the employees were kind and it has a river walk closed, so you can walk there.

Cons: During breakfast there was homeless people grabing the food and sneaking on the food. It was a really bad experience because we were having the breakfast there. I suggest you put some security in there and if they can have the food during the closing hours you should do it more higenically, the employees saw everything and they didnt do nothing.

We had a suite that worked for our family of 5 adults and 1 child . This is rare to find a hotel that accommodates this

Pros: Location was good, breakfast was good also. We also had light dinner which came as a surprise. I also liked the fire place at the back helping us keep warm

Pros: We were 9 people and we got 2 suits that enabled the privacy we’ve looked for. The rooms were nice clean and cozy. The breakfast was generous and fun.
