One of my favorite hotels in Denver

Pros: Very close to my son's house, having a Starbucks and a restaurant with breakfast is a big bonus. I didn't use the indoor pool but have in the past with my grandson. Hotel and rooms are clean and nice.

Cons: Having more room on the counter in the bathroom would have been a huge help. A child's breakfast would also have been appreciated.

Service and attentiveness provided by Patty, Sarah and Demetri made the stay exceptional.

Pros: The lobby dining area was an exceptional addition to our stay. The food was excellent, and Patty, Sarah and Demetri made us feel welcome and were attentive to our every need.

Cons: Room 901 was very small, and should not be charged at the same rate as other rooms. It was designed into left over space in the corner of that floor. It was difficult to move around the armoire and bathroom. Too many towels were stacked above the toilet and there was too little surface space to hold a travellers belongings.

Great place to stay when going to Denver

Pros: The staff was excellent! I was met at check-in by two gentlemen, Ryan and another whose name I did not get, who were professional, kind and welcoming. They offered me water and shared some tips for combatting the elevation change since I was coming from sea level. They also graciously printed something for me. They were great!

Cons: Paid breakfast

Exceptional

Pros: From checking in at the front desk the vibe of our stay was set. Very polite, courteous service. We will definitely stay here again. I loved the signature touch of my name on the T.V. offering a warm welcome. I am a local realtor and I love when other businesses make it a point to make your experience feel special. We really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this site.

Pros: Wonderful hotel. Large, quiet one bedroom suite. Very comfortable living area with desk and dining table. Bedroom large with sofa and second tv. Location was great. Easy access to venues and restaurants.

Cons: Free parking.
