Great overnight stay

Pros: Comfortable room Decent breakfast Conveniently located close to the airport

Pros: Ice neat property, water pressure was poor on the 4th floor

Pros: Nice hotel. I would go again. The shuttle picked us up without calling them. He should have stopped between 510-512 door. Driver stopped a little further and came for us.

Cons: We had a 5:00 o'clock flight and the shuttle starts at 3:30. It did work for us in a domestic flight.

Pros: Good location(for airport). Very friendly & helpful staff.

Cons: Maybe a bigger shuttle bus.

Great place to stay, very close to the airport - fabulous breakfast.

Pros: The hotel was very handily placed after a long day travelling from the UK - we arrived at midnight, ad were quickly checked in to our very comfortable rooms, where we slept soundly and comfortably. excellent breakfast with a great selection of food, both hot and cold. We then took the hotel shuttle back to the airport to collect our hire car, which was very efficient.

Cons: Nothing to do with the hotel, but a terrible experience with the taxi driver (too late to wait for the hotel shuttle), who couldn't speak English, took an eternity to find the hotel on his phone, then drove the wrong way, away from the hotel before we told him that he was going in the wrong direction! Finally demanded $45 for a trip that should have taken just over 5 minutes, but which took 15 or more due to his incompetence.

Perfectly adequate for a stop over. Not holiday accommodation though (for me).

Pros: comfortable bed, clean linen, good shower. an elevator to my floor.

Cons: when i was directed to my room i was told, 'your room's down the corridor', in a pretty casual, unengaged way. I didn't feel their presence. i then went down the corridor with my very heavy case but my room was not there, as I'd be told. I then had to go back to reception, by which point other people were there, so that i could find out exactly where my room was. I was then told that the elevator down the corridor would take me to my room. It was very late, I'd be driving for 9 hours, I was exhausted. I needed and should have received very clear instructions, especially since they were actually very simple. Tune-up: good, clear, present, friendly communication please !

Pros: Clean. Comfortable. Good location. The fridge was useful.

Cons: The use of paper plates and plastic and cutlery during breakfast was tacky and, unless the waste is recycled, very environmentally unfriendly. Personally. I'd rather pay a few dollars more for reusable stuff.

Pros: Comfortable bed, clean room. Very simple breakfast, but still an included breakfast is better than none.

Very comfortable and quiet.

Pros: Had booked accommodation elsewhere before a flight home but last minute decided we wanted to stay closer to the airport. We booked this room in the early hours before our stay, as we had stayed here on the first night of our holiday. A very warm welcome on our arrival. The room was spotlessly clean & looked as though it had recently been renovated, everything looked new. A very comfortable and quiet nights sleep with a very good breakfast. We were permitted to have a later check out as our flight was later in the day.

Cons: There was nothing to not like. Would highly recommend this establishment.

Pros: Arrived late, left early. Plenty coffee and breakfast fine. Clean, comfortable and quiet.
