Avid Hotels - Denver Airport Area by IHG

Pros: Super-confortable room with breakfast included near Denver airport, with free shuttle, super-convenient in the case the flight is one day after. Pity that in the area there is nothing to see.... only other hotels and privat houses, and few restaurants. The staff super nice ;-)

I stayed at the Avid for 4 hours. As described, I was in transit from Australia to Florida.

Pros: I booked the Avid Hotel as I was in transit from Australia to Florida to attend a conference. I was looking for a place to re-sync my time zone travel. Avid is modern, clean and reasonably located (9km from DEN airport). They do have a shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes which is useful.

Cons: I would have been happier if it were a little less expensive.

Clean and comfortable hotel with excellent customer service.

Pros: Great overnight airport hotel with excellent staff

Cons: There was no breakfast sandwiches as someone was late getting them out.

Pros: Location near airport, free shuttle. Spacious room, very comfy bed. Clean hot shower. Nice small indoor pool and separate gym. Walkable, nearby restaurants.

Overall experience was pleasant and relaxing. Great location. Will stay here again.

Pros: Clean, modern and great location. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

Cons: Thin walls. Heard a lot noise from staff and other guests.

Made our airport trip easy.

Beyond our expectations!

Pros: Super clean, pleasant, comfortable, welcoming hotel near Denver airport, close to a variety of restaurants, with very helpful and nice staff and 24/7 free shuttle to and from the airport

A very welcome place to recharge after a long flight. Very good value for money. I would definitely.

Pros: A nice welcoming smile from the reception lady and the room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. No problem in parking with a large car park. Very good location and easy to find from my car rental (Avis) pick up. Just 10 minutes of driving to get to the hotel.I went down to get a coffee after checking in and the lady told me it was free. The breakfast was goo value- not a great selection,but good value.

Excellent but no excuse for broken down van and impolite driver the night of pick-up.

Pros: Great staff and very friendly. Room was exceptional clean. Breakfast O.K.

Cons: Shuttle bus in evening to pick us up at Denver Airport was very late and driver was not friendly. The van was in very bad shape with seat belts that did not work. Driver would not help us locate seat belts that worked so we had to keep changing seats until we found some that worked. When asked, he ignored us. Van was in disarray and very dirty. We arrived during a freak snow storm and were freezing while waiting. We had to call to beg for a van. We understood problem with storm and being late but there was no apology. Note that the next day with a different drive and much better van it was acceptable.

Good option for a good night sleep!

Pros: Check in was really quick. I like the fact that the hotel is pretty new and clean. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are small but comfy. Day time personnel were really nice and friendly.

Cons: The night shift person was not friendly at all. We arrived past midnight with 2 kids. Breakfast was not very good.
