Great stay at a family home

Pros: Beautiful area. Clean and has everything you need. Welcoming owners.

Cons: Thin walls. Public transport is very limited.

Pros: Nice room in a quiet house with friendly hosts. Very quiet neighborhood. Well behaved little dog. Very good value.

Cons: It’s a little unusual to be going in and out of someone’s house, but it really wasn’t a problem.

Quiet, clean, comfy and easy going stay!

Excellent sleeping in Lafayette!

Pros: Jan, the home owner was a great communicator, and her husband helpfully carried my suitcase upstairs for me. The bed was very comfortable and the room has its own air conditioner which was nice during the summer heat. I thought I might bring frozen food with me, and they offered to put it in their freezer.

Cons: There is a coffee station set up in the room with coffee and creamer and they provided donuts. That was nice. I might be a bit of a snob, and prefer real cream or milk in my coffee. I didn't find any tissues in the room, either. Also, I believe the listing states there is a pool, however the pool is 1/2 miles away, not in the backyard as I had assumed, which wasn't as convenient as I had envisioned. These are minor points though. It was an affordable option, clean and restful and I'd stay there again.

Pros: Very nice home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's within walking distance to a golf course. The owners were very nice and made me feel welcome. I would definitely stay there again. It was such a welcome change from staying at hotels.

Pros: Host was very nice. Bed was comfy, and room was very clean. We got all necessities what we wanted during our stay, highly recommended for everyone.

Kind and personal hospitality

Pros: We landed in Denver Airport after a long international trip. We were delayed but allowed to check ourselves in at 2am. Our hosts had made up two rooms for my daughter and me even though we had only booked the one. They drove us to the bus station the next morning to help us get our hire car, even gave us cash to pay for the bus should we need it! Proper hospitality that!! The rooms were clean, coffee and fridge and netflix, we enjoyed jetlagging for a day or two before our onward travels. Personable and kind hosts, many thanks.
