Pros: Evelyn was a very gracious and friendly host. She knows the area well and recommended numerous places to visit, as well as routes to take to avoid traffic. We were there to visit a very ill relative in a nearby hospital, but we'd love to stay there again if we were in the area again.

Cons: The room was a little small, and the hot tub was not working the first night, but other than that, it was great.
