Pros: The perfect location, the room had everything you needed, and the bathroom was neat. The communication with the hosts is super easy, and they are willing to help and answer all your questions anytime you need them.

Very comfortable and cozy.

Pros: It was very clean and quiet. It was close enough to the CU campus but away from the fray! There was plenty of parking, it was easy to find and the room and en-suite bathroom were perfect for one person.

Cons: The ceiling was noisy, but they are in the process of repairing it.

We were very happy with our stay and will certainly return.

Pros: I stayed two nights in this wonderful and warm energy efficient home with my son. We found the room perfect for our needs - clean with excellent wifi and a good shower, a mini fridge, kettle and microwave. Our hosts were very friendly too.

Cons: I personally liked the location as it's a quiet neighbourhood north of town, but note that it's a drive, bus, or a bike ride to more central locations.
