Lovely, fun and slightly quirky hotel, great staff and lovely breakfast.

Pros: Lovely, if slightly quirky, hotel. We stayed for Valentine's night with my wife, and we had a great time. We stayed in the library, which was Cludo themed. The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was great.

Lovely weekend stay

Pros: Good atmospheric property lovely part of Denver chose because close to our restaurant There was a private event so there wasn’t a good area to sit and have a pre dinner drink other than the dining room which didn’t work for us but the host provided a complimentary bottle of wine as a gesture as they were full and busy Breakfast was included and was very tasty

Cons: Shower over roll top bath in our room Was a bit tricky for my husband who is well over 6 ft

A comfortable and quiet stay in a great location, with spacious rooms, friendly service, and a charm

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location — just a few blocks away from downtown, but in a quiet area that feels peaceful and safe. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, which added to the comfort. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast was a nice surprise — you could choose between two options, both freshly prepared and homemade, which gave it a warm, personal touch. All in all, a very good experience — I’d gladly return.

Cons: A few small touches were missing — perhaps the check-in felt a little rushed. Nothing major.

Pros: The character of the hotel, and the relaxed atmosphere. The location.

Cons: The pre-arrival experience. Too many repeated requests from the management team, there was an error on their system so they could not pick up my responses.

Historic building in downtown Denver

Pros: Fabulous historic building with massive and very comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was quiet and in a great location on the edge of downtown Denver. We received a complementary beer in the bar which was an unexpected and appreciated bonus. The breakfast which was included was also great.

The Patterson Inn offers unforgettable charm

Pros: I loved the beauty and the vibe of this wonderful old-style place, all in wood. The room was beautiful and spacious. The bathroom too, was excellent - with bath and a great shower. The bed very comfortable and everything very clean. Very friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. Oh yeah, and great coffee!
