Lovely Barn Loft with Mountain Views on Horse Estate

Excellent onsite management team, gorgeous apartment, nice country environment--I recommend!

Pros: This is a beautiful property in the countryside with goats who greeted (bleated?) us every morning and donkeys and horses on property. The kitchen has an amazing oven with an air fryer attached and is fully equipped, including with a blender, coffee maker/Kurig, etc. The washer and dryer are huge and laundry detergent is included. The on-site management is fantastic and responsive, I couldn't recommend them enough. Being in the apartment was incredibly comfortable, and I felt like we had enough room to stay for a month and spread out without feeling in the least cramped. The decor was excellently chosen to match the farm environment.

Cons: These are all small points and should not discourage someone from staying at this lovely site!: The bed was a little hard for me, I had to borrow a mattress topper from some family nearby in order to sleep well. As others have said, the bedroom doesn't have an air-conditioner and it makes it hard to cool the room down in the evening unless you keep the windows open (which sometimes brings farm smells in). Also, I don't know the difference between Evvolve and the on-site management, but the former was useless. I emailed them through Booking.com about a week in, and they didn't answer my question until literally a few days after I checked out (2 weeks later). Their advice? Email the on-site staff. Save yourself the trouble and just email the on-site team if you have any questions instead, they are prompt and very kind!

Would definitely stay here again except for the stairs. It was an amazing place

Absolute gem with loads of extras! New new new

Pros: Brand new and very large. More than I needed. I was in town to move my son into freshman year of college. I was allowed to Amazon some things to the loft, which was extremely helpful. I had my own parking space and privacy. Goat view big from the balcony deck! Horses around the corner of the house. It was a couple miles from Ft.Collins and perfect.

Cons: The stairs up to the loft are a bit of a chore with a suitcase. They have grip and are new but it's lugging the.big suitcase that's never fun. But it can be done!

We came to visit our grandson at Fort Collins University. He came and was so relaxed

Pros: On our arrival, we walked in the door and said wow wow everything is so beautiful well kept basket of treats jars with dishwasher soap and jars with washing machine soap among other things made you feel so welcome

Cons: There is nothing we didn’t like it was perfect

Pros: The west side window had a very pretty view of the mountains. We went in January and it snowed. The property people came by and cleaned off the stairs so we didn't slip or fall which was very nice. It's within 10 minutes of target and Walmart so the location was very good

Pros: We loved everything about it! The view was amazing! It was fun seeing the horses and goats! The caretaker of the animals was very friendly. Peaceful place!

Cons: Cheap toilet paper 😊

Great Stay!

Pros: Beautiful place appeared to have been recently remodeled. Very clean and comfortable. Felt more like home than staying at someone else's house.

Cons: Honestly.....nothing.

Pros: Everything was awesome. Comfortable,Clean, was like never leaving home. Nothing like waking up, fixing a cup of coffee, walk out onto the deck with the mountains to the west, horses and goats grazing down below and eagles flying above. This was everyday for a week. Loved It.

Cons: We didn't like the fact that we couldn't stay longer.

Pros: staying at the Loft felt like home! It was perfect all around. From waking up to a beautiful Mountain View to being able to pet goats and horses throughout the day.
