Pros: We loved the location and easy access to everything.

Cons: When we showed up it was pretty late check-in (around 8pm local time)- the end tables were not cleaned - I had to wipe both end tables down bc it was way to sticky to put anything on it. Also, we were located at the bottom level and the top level was making so much noise- seemed like a herd of cows were running back & forth upstairs- we made sure to stay out extra late so we didn’t have to hear it until close to bedtime. It is not a big deal for us because my adult kids are flexible and know how to work around the issue but it would’ve been nice to go to bed a little earlier since we were accustomed to the eastern time zones.

Pros: This condo was in a great place. We had a great view of the area and easy access to all Grand Lake activities! The beds were very comfortable. We had all we needed.

Cons: The steps down to the condo were old and had to be repaired while we were there.

I loved the location and picture perfect views.

Pros: The views are absolutely stunning, close to town and the Rocky Mountains. The location was absolutely perfect.
