If you want to stay in Grand Lake, this is your condo. Perfect in every way!

Pros: Excellent location. Clean and welcoming. Didn't want to leave.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable apartment. Convenient location.

Cons: Getting the luggage up and down the stairs was pretty tough for 75+ year old women BUT we had been informed.

We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back!!

Pros: We loved the location of the Condo and how close to was to Rocky Mountain National Park. The bed was very comfortable. Grand Lake was such a fun little Mountain town. We enjoyed eating at the Sagebrush Restaurant. Our favorite hike was to Adams Falls. We did it 4 times trying to find a Moose!! I was a very short but beautiful hike!!

Cons: Some of the pots and pans needed to be replaced.

Great location!

Pros: The location was perfect. Grand Lake is a wonderful area to visit.

Cons: The clothes drier didn’t work. We didn’t find out until two nights before we left. I notified the owner of the condo. She said the appliances will be replaced in the fall. Also, the windows could use screens especially since there is no ac. Found opened box of condoms in the bedroom nightstand. Cleaners should check.
