Perfect for access to water and walking distance to town

Pros: Location is perfect for those that want access to water. We had a canoe which was perfect access for us. Not sure how the boat slips work in that area, but might be an option. The walk to town was 15 minutes and a nice stroll.

Cons: The color scheme is outdated but furnishings were nice. The master bed is quite firm - just so everyone knows. Also, if you don't see the complimentary trash bags, be sure to ask. There are specific bags to use for required off-site disposal.

Enjoyed our stayed at Grand Lake and would stay at this condo again.

Pros: Loved the convenience of the condo. Close to town. Nice amenities, was stocked well with kitchen appliances and supplies. We could have used more dish towels to dry dishes as we didn’t use the dishwasher. We also bought a sponge/scrubber for washing dishes and napkins. But overall, the kitchen/condo was very well stocked and we enjoyed our time there!

Cons: We thought it was nice
