Doesn't get any better than this!!

Pros: The location was perfect! Walking distance to downtown. Super clean home. Plenty of room and comfortable living space.

Cons: Parking was challenging but not impossible.

We loved being able to walk to all that downtown Golden has to offer!

Pros: Location was amazing! We had been to Golden before and knew we wanted to be right in the middle of it. This place did not disappoint. Walking distance to all of the downtown shops and restaurants and convenient driving to Denver , Boulder and Red Rocks. It would be perfect for a solo traveler or couple, but was a bit cramped with us and our 15 year old who had to sleep on the pull out. The bed and pillows in the bedroom were super soft and comfy. Well equipped kitchen allowed us to make our own breakfast and reheat leftovers like the yummy plantains from The Golden Mill and Cubano from Buffalo Rose. Parking space right out front, but not reserved. The house is a block or so off the main downtown strip, so not a ton of traffic. All in all, it fit our needs well and would have been perfect for just my husband and me.

Cons: The only problem I had with this place is that we had 3 people staying. When the pull out sofa was out, there was very little room to move about. When the pull out was pushed in as a sofa, it was not big enough for 3 people. It would be great for a couple though and perfect for a solo traveler who didn't need much room. The pull out bed was pretty typical...not super comfy with a bar through it. No extra blanket for pull out though. The bathroom door was a bit odd (badly hung barn door style) and made for not much privacy. Steep stairs on entry if that is a concern for anyone. Lack of washer and dryer was an issue for us because we were on an 8 day trip. We found a laundromat though and were able to get clothes done.
