1 Mi to Dtwn Cozy Retreat in Golden

Pros: Location was top notch. Directions were clear. Felt very secure and safe. Everything was labeled and easy to find. The owners left little treats and a letter. And were super kind to let us have a delayed check out since I wasn't feeling well. It felt like home with extra cozy blankets. I loved that I was able to wash and dry my laundry too.

Cons: Nothing. It was an exceptional stay.

Pros: Easy communication with host. Door code to enter. Great location. Amazing apartment. Free parking. Thank you card from host and chocolates and granola bar on arrival was pleasant surprise.

Perfect Condo for Weekend in Golden

Pros: A perfect place to stay during our recent trip to Golden to watch our daughter's play volleyball at Colorado School of Mines. Comfortable condo in a great location. Everything we needed for a weekend away. Plenty of towels, bedding, etc. Building is very secure and parking spot is right in front. Bonus is the grocery store right across the street and the AMAZING breakfast burritos at Bonfire Burritos...all walking distance! Highly recommend.

Have stayed in many places in Golden while visiting my daughter and this was one of my favorites.

Pros: Directions were very clear and had no trouble getting in when we arrived. Unit was clean, beautiful and bigger than it looked on photos. Thrilled to have a kitchen and it was well stocked with basic cooking supplies. The only thing I hated was that it had a keurig, which I don't like (just my preference.) Had to buy kleenex for bathroom as my allergies always go crazy in the dry weather. Location was perfect, right across the street from Natural Grocers, which we love, and across from Bonfire (which we really, really love!) It is also close to downtown Golden. Area was quiet even though it was near a roadway.

Cons: The door to the lobby had a buzzer that was very loud and obnoxious. Felt bad for upstairs apartment if they had to hear that buzzer all the time. I wished it was closer to downtown so we walk more, it was very hot while we were there and hard to carry my goodies from farmers market home in the heat. But the kitchen made up for that and I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very enjoyable! We will use this rental again in the future.

Pros: The location was perfect for us. The cleanliness was above our expectations. The place had everything we needed. It was comfortable enough for two adults and two kids (6 and 10 YO).

Pros: Everything felt new and fresh and for a change the property was larger than it looked on line. We were surprised how comfortable the pullout bed was with the topper! Our four nights flew by and I would gladly stay there again.
