Pros: I loved how professional and helpful the staff was.

Pros: Oliver is the best. We had to check in early and not only did oliver accommodate us, oliver was as thorough, professional and helpful as anyone could be. That applies to most of the staff as well. The rooms are neat and tidy and the elevator works pretty good too.

Cons: The CSC Go machines are way too expensive. $3.25 to wash and $3.25 to dry. Although they do work well, that's as pricey as I've ever seen. Brings the term 'price gouging' to mind. Especially after 3 loads of laundry!

Pros: They are good people there, very accommodating for me as a deaf man. Stayed there about a month, good prices and clean rooms and bathrooms. Very private. No one bothered me during my stay. I don't like being around people cuz I'm deaf so this place was actually perfect, hardly anyone around at any given time. Five stars for sure, if I wasn't unemployed I'd still be staying there today.

Pros: They do not serve any breakfast. They are very nice here. Never had any problems with staff. They were so helpful which was really nice. That tops breakfast any day. They were good about changing out towels and keeping rooms clean. Hallways smelled nice and you could tell they were cleaned daily. Maintenance was there and ready in case they were needed and also to do regular maintenance. My TV was having issues one day and I asked if someone could come check it out and not 10 min later he was knocking. 6 very nice, new and clean washers and dryers. You use an app called CSCPAY Mobile to run washer and dryers. Convenient. I felt very safe. Doors lock at 10pm so unless you have a key you wont get in. The staff is on top of there jobs and not miserable. Much appreciated! I would definitely recommend

Cons: Breakfast would be a plus for sure even something quick.

Pros: The room was clean and it was quiet overall. The people working the desk were all nice and helpful when I needed a remote in my room

Cons: The elevator was a little sketchy getting up to the top floor and there were a lot of homeless folk around but I was never bothered or harassed by anybody

Decent stay safe location staff are kind

Pros: The gentleman at front office that was checking me in was kind, considerate and very helpful. Great customer service and having a helpful heart goes beyond your work duties, it shows that there’s still genuine people in the world that can relate to a person like me, thank you again sir you are very appreciated indeed.

Cons: There was a television but no cable and such. I guess t v can not be so great but it would just help a little bit with the awkward silence especially when you have other tenants next door.

Pros: Staff was excellent, place was pretty quiet this visit.

Cons: Haven't heard anything yet on my deposit.
