A great place to stay in Loveland

Pros: What a wonderful place this is when staying in Loveland, CO. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great. They have a really neat outdoor space. We didn't use the pool or exercise room, but I did peek in and they both looked good to me. And its right on the edge of the downtown area, so restaurants are within walking distance.

We would stay again without question

Pros: Beautiful hotel and the staff was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. The outdoor fire pit was lovely. And the woman working the front desk was so helpful and kind.

Cons: Heated pool was cold. Very cold.

SO CLEAN.

Pros: Everything. Our room was SO CLEAN and comfortable. We loved the kitchen which had everything to cook a lovely soup. We will be back.

Pros: Customer service, gal at desk is always there when I check in, the last 3 years and she is amazing!! Bed and pillows are super comfortable. Coffee maker in room. Good size rooms.

Cons: The shower drain was broken and the toilet kept running. Bring back individual coffee creamers :) Half and half is not good.

Friendliness and cleanness of a hotel

Pros: Receptionist was very kind and friendly and accommodating when we asked change room she did it without any negative facial expression and friendly way took care of us and breakfast was excellent. Best hotel free breakfast in USA👍👏

Pros: Vriendelijke ontvangst bij de receptie. De kamer was schoon en het ontbijt was prima verzorgd. We konden de auto gemakkelijk kwijt in het parkeergarage tegenover het hotel. Accommodatie op korte afstand van het centrum.
