Excellent!

Pros: The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They accommodated an early check in for me knowing I had flown in for a wedding the same day.

Easy, friendly, clean

Pros: Starbucks in hotel but not bad. Clean convenient and staff friendly. Graduation weekend, only location available but drive to Boulder not bad.

Cons: Distance from Graduation events and challenging to locate, but over all not to challenging. Staff friendly and very helpful with late check-in.

The best customer service

Pros: The staff was INCREDIBLE! A big shout out to Christa & Mary who were cheerful, efficient, and made our stay with two small children and an adult with serious back issues seamless. They followed through with special requests that made our stay comfortable and joyous, and they did it with a smile on their faces. Thank you so much.

Cons: The hot tub was not working during our entire stay; hence the 9 rather than 10.

Very good overall - good location - short drive to boulder and Rocky Mountain park - lots of restaurants around to eat

Pros: Great location Bed and pillows very comfortable Tv was large though far away The front staff was very helpful

Cons: There was a little mold in the shower along the ledge The bathroom sink area is nice but not enough room for 2 people getting dressed A mirror in the main area on the wall would be helpful with a wall outlet for a blow dryer
