The best hotel experience of my life! Rest in peace Michael and Malachi Gallagher!

Pros: I went to celebrate the birth of my nephew who passed away. The staff went so far out of their way to accommodate us! This was the best hotel experience I have ever had!

Cons: I can’t make a single complaint!

Pros: The layout was nice, towels were clean, like the 24 hour coffee, hot water, and check in was fast

Cons: The walls were a bit thin, could hear the next door neighbors talking.

Top notch hotel!

Pros: We had to leave before breakfast was served(only disappointment that breakfast was not the same time as weekday breakfast ). Room was very clean and like new feeling.

Cons: Breakfast on weekend starting at 6:00 a.m. would have been better for us. We weren’t able to eat because of that.

Didn’t sleep well because the sheets kept bunching up underneath me but other than that the room was clean and accommoda

Pros: It was clean and the location is quiet. It’s close to downtown and to restaurants and shopping areas.

Cons: The bed was hard and the sheets were uncomfortable.

Pros: From the minute I walked in I was greeted by Alex. He made my check in so easy and his personality was so receptive. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I will recommend and make it a place to always come back.

Pros: Perfect location, quiet room, comfy bed, excellent shower, couch in separate alcove, fridge, microwave, kitchen sink... but no dishes. Good thing we brought our own. Breakfast was more than adequate. Recycling trash in the room! Decent selection of tv channels and good internet.

Cons: No freezer compartment in little fridge. Thermostat did not work according to the directions on the wall. But eventually the room achieved a normal temp. Fine room for two people, but pretty small compared to other \

Nice suite in Longmont

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. Love the trundle bed and linens for it in the closet. That's pretty cool. Breakfast was pretty good with a decent selection.

Cons: Young Man on the front desk seemed as if I was wasting his time, during a phone call and then at arrival. We meet about 2x's a month, from Colorado Springs and from Cheyenne ,so I try to be very clear when asking questions about payment requirements, requests for check in/check out times, etc. So that we can coordinate and have as little wait time when we arrive. He rushed me on the phone and gave me misinformation, causing me to have to wait for my other guest to arrive before I could check in to our room. Then he was rude when I arrived, and again didn't seem to have time or any concerns about us as guests at all. Otherwise the trip was good, room was clean and other staff were helpful and courteous.
