Best Western Firestone Inn & Suites

Value for money.

Pros: The room was spacious and clean, amenities were as expected. The TV worked effortless and the wifi was good and fast. We've had a quiet night and slept well. The young gentleman at the desk when checking out was very polite and helpful, and also the lady at the breakfast-hall was incredibly kind and friendly (especially to our kids). Breakfast was amazing and extensive and had everything you could ask for. If you are travelling north/north-west from Denver it's ideally situated near the interstate 25 and the Rocky Mountains.

Cons: The lady at the desk when checking in was a bit blunt and demanded identification before to be willing to answer any questions (I wasn't even allowed to take a luggage trolley to get the luggage out of the rain before showing ID). One would expect a bit more hospitality being so weary after having been on a 10 hour flight. The surroundings of the hotel aren't particularly nice or remarkable and contain only other hotels and fast food chains, although St. Vrain State Park is across the street.

Pros: I loved the staff! With my daughter being in a wheelchair staying in a hotel is hard. The staff did everything they could to help make it as easy as possible for us! Very friendly!

Not a bad place to stay

Pros: Nice place. Friendly staff. Breakfast had a good variety.

Cons: It said that housekeeping would come in after the 3rd night of your stay, but that did not happen. We had to ask for fresh towels and to have the garbage cans emptied.

Pros: I travel to Colorado often and this hotel is always clean, the staff very patient and friendly. I did try another hotel the time before this current visit and was sorry I did. This Best Western is my top choice!

Clean easy visit to Longmont.

Pros: The hotel smelled great! The staff was constantly cleaning.
