We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Pros: Loved the hot tub. Very nice hot breakfast. Friendly staff.

Very conveniently located in the rocky mountains

Pros: Very well located to attend the Steamboat Springs rodeo. Even though we arrived at midnight we we're properly welcomed and helped.

Cons: 2 queen beds were rather small

Our stay at The Allington was very restful, pleasant and relaxing.

Pros: The staff was so friendly and helpful. The facility, although not fancy was very clean and functional. Their continental breakfast had a nice variety of options and their coffee was quite good. This hotel felt very 'homey' and welcoming and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. And although we did not use the indoor pool, it looked clean and nice and we saw other families using it. I'd definitely stay there again if I travel in that area of Colorado again.

Cons: The elliptical machine in the exercise room did not work well but I was still able to get a work out in on their treadmill, which worked fine. There was a recumbent bike but I did not use it. Temperature in the weight room was pleasant, not too hot, not too cold.
