Hyatt Place Keystone - Dillon

Pros: Property was nice and clean, room super spacious and the staff were extremely accomodating with a late check out so my Bub could nap.

Pet friendly, close to all Summit County excursions.

Pros: I loved this pet friendly hotel. It was great to have a place where we felt completely comfortable with our dog and loved seeing all the other dogs as well. We appreciated the short walk on the trail to the slopes and the breakfast as well.

Pros: A happy place to be and experience the magic of snow.

Pros: Breakfast was great, plenty of hot and cold options. Lots of seating with nice views. Walking path next to hotel with access to pond area. Free valet service. Not a lot of free parking. Lots of cars when hotel is busy. Bus to Dillion, not very frequent.

Pleasant stay in Keystone Hyatt Place

Pros: Great location. Close to ski area and convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Cons: Parking n front of hotel was treacherous. I get it that this is a ski area, but hotel should do more work to clear ice in front of hotel, particularly at check in area.

We enjoyed our stay in Keystone.

Pros: Location was very nice. Staff was very nice and helpful. When we go back one night there was no parking but the night staff helped me out. We did not have soap and the shower gel was empty. Breakfast was okay considering the amount of people eating so we had to wait for reloads.

Cons: Not enough parking and breakfast should be better.

At the shoulder season price, we got a spectacularly beautiful vacation for a price we could afford.

Pros: We loved how many windows the room had with lots of natural light, and the black out curtains worked perfectly to keep it dark in the morning. The room was small but had everything we needed. It was clean and cozy. Breakfast was great and the view from the breakfast room was spectacular! It was the midst lovely way to start the day!

Cons: The hallways looked rundown. The door didn't close unless we remembered to pull on it. We got static shocks EVERY time we touched the elevator buttons on carpeted floors or the key card touch pad. We tried to laugh it off as a funny part of the experience because everything else was so lovely, but it was painful.

So refreshing to receive excellent customer service!

Pros: Location and room view. The front desk attendant was very friendly and so helpful.

Cons: Nothing, it was fine.

Pros: Staff were incredibly friendly. Everyone greeted us in some way. Even the housekeepers went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The beds were really comfortable. Tv swiveled to watch from anywhere in the room. The room was clean. Lobby and hallways were clean. Breakfast was decent. They served green chili, which really enhanced the standard breakfast. The hotel wasn't top tier luxury, but we were treated like we were staying at top tier luxury.

Cons: There were some maintenance repairs in progress. These obviously have to be done, and didn't really provide inconvenience. The most inconvenient maintenance issue was that the accessible ramp was closed. It seems like an older place. Our shades were functional, but in need of repair.

Pleasant One Night Stay in Dillon

Pros: Amazing staff at the front desk - very professional and extremely helpful. The lady gave us an exceptionally good recommendation for dinner and enthusiastically answered all our questions. The lobby area is nice and has a beautiful setting on the outdoor patio. Both queen beds in the room were comfortable. The rate was reasonable for a Saturday night.

Cons: Our room on the west side got very warm, so the A/C worked overtime. The breakfast area was busy on Sunday morning and the staff seemed overwhelmed with replenishing food items and coffee.
