Hampton Inn & Suites Silverthorne

Pros: A nice comfortable stop. Great sized room, very comfy beds - pillows could have been a bit firmer for us though. Very clean and with fantastic staff, all very helpful and polite. The location is great, easy wlking to most places ypu would want to go.

Cons: An ice/freezer compartment in the fridge would have been useful.

This was a last-minute trip for us and the hotel was fine.

Pros: The location was convenient for what we were doing. The rate was reasonable enough as well. The mattress was comfortable and the room was clean. We left too early to have breakfast.

Cons: During the booking process I did not find a place to use my AAA discount and the hotel clerk could not adjust the room rate. The clerk forgot to give us any of the wifi information and when I called the desk from the room no one answered the phone.

Ideal location for travel to ski resorts. Lovely, helpful staff. Comfortable and clean rooms.

Pros: The location is perfect for us on our journey to Steamboat Springs. After our long journey from Scotland, it breaks up the drive.

Pros: It was clean and the receptionist was very nice and it’s located in a great place.

Cons: Needs a glass for cleaning teeth. Bed was a little too small but planning to choose bigger next time.

We enjoyed staying here for our annual ski trip!

Pros: Great affordable, and central location to ski hills, shopping, and restaurants.

Cons: Unfortunately, the pool an hot tub were under repair while we were there. We were offered passes to the local rec center, but felt that was inconvenient. Room rates should be adjusted when you are not receiving the amenities that we’re advertised.

Pros: We love that is surrounded by mountains and trees! When we arrived at night time, we are stunned to see the snow covering all the trees in the morning! It looks so scenic and beautiful!! I am very HAPPY to witness it right outside our room window! Also, the long haired blonde guy at the reception is so welcoming when we arrived. He even recommended a ski resort near us. He is such a helpful and kind guy. Thank you! Keep it up!

Cons: The pillow is so soft. The bed also is just average. Though the hotel is a bit old, you can still see and feel that they are maintaining it very well. Breakfast is good too! I love that they have fruits also!

Pros: Great location. A lot of food places next to the hotel. A cross the street there is a shopping plaza with stores and rental ski place. The front desk representative John was very polite and helpful.

Pros: I loved the greeting we rec'd when we arrived. The hotel checkin in was amazing, helpful and friendly. I wish I would have gotten his name. He provided us with details for activities were doing and where to go and always asked us about our day when we returned. Plan on staying with yall again next year.

Cons: Nothing. We like everything about the facility and the staff. Wish we would have had more time to spend there and more money to spend. We were first time snow boarders so we plan on coming back and trying again.
