Great stay in relaxed environment

Pros: Spacious room, poolside popsicle, nice pool area to relax. Great breakfast.

Cons: Outside noise from the highway could have been better isolated.

Decent place

Pros: Friendly staff, good breakfast (including me as a vegan), good pool and gym area, very large and comfy room with everything working well.

Cons: Road noise was slightly annoying

Pros: Breakfast was good, a choice of hot and cold. The breakfast room was clean with plenty of space and the whole breakfast was done with efficiency but friendliness. Food was good

Pros: Everytime I’ve stayed at Residence Inn Highland’s Ranch parking has been a snap. Easy to access my room and still see my car from the window. I love this place.

This is my go to hotel whenever I am in town!

Pros: The lobby/clubhouse building is beautiful with great breakfast included. The rooms are nice, clean, and well kept. The staff is always friendly and accommodating to my needs for early check ins and late check outs. I called around to several other hotels who could not tell me whether I’d be able to check in early or not so this was a huge deciding factor for me on my initial visit and remains why I keep coming back!

Cons: This hotel is set up more like apartments really in several different buildings which I don’t necessarily LOVE, but it has its pros and cons. All hallways are interior and access to each building is controlled by key card only, so you don’t have random people inside the building who don’t belong there, although it does make food delivery slightly less convenient.

Pros: The rooms feel like little apartments. They are perfect!

Pros: Emma and Ben were outstanding!! So accommodating and kind.

Cons: Nada. This place is clean, quiet, and close to restaurants!

Staffing is A+, and facilities and breakfast were top notch.

Pros: Excellent room, very fine breakfast, and staff was easy to work with. We especially appreciated the work an help of Anthony in Maintenance. And of course, Ben at the helm was very helpful, gracious, and friendly. Thanks to all!

Cons: The room we were first in (306?) had a non-functioning thermostat in the heating unit. We were changed to 310.
