Pros: Room was clean and comfy. Gym was small but met my needs.

Cons: The receipts when checking out. All of my expenditure whilst at the hotel was fully itemized when I checked out. However, I paid for the room in advance using Booking.com. I was given a separate receipt for the room which did not match the amount paid. I'm now struggling to get hold of a receipt which shows the actual amount I paid. This is not the fault of the hotel but an issue with Booking.com.

Pros: It was súper nice, clean beds and awesome breakfast. They welcome you with a delicious cookies

Cons: All is ok, maybe the location

Pros: The only problem was they did not have a full menu available?? some sort of concert menu which I thought was strange

Pros: We always stay at this hotel when we visit Denver. It is consistent and something we can count on. The staff is amazing, professional, and friendly. The rooms are always clean and well maintained as is the entire property.

Almost perfect

Pros: Staff was friendly. My room was clean. Location was great.

Cons: The balcony overlooked the pool, which was nice in theory. But pool was packed so it was loud. It is awkwardly laid out, some elevators don’t work and others don’t go to all floors. For the price a coffee station at the lobby would be nice. Plus parking fee is kind of rip off, I could see if you were in a downtown city- but just an up charge.

Pros: The staff was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was incredible. The breakfast buffet was also great and had a lot of fresh fruit options. Wait staff was attentive and made sure everything was always filled. There is also a small coffee shop in the hotel which is a nice touch.

Staff and stay were great. We’d visit again.

Pros: It was quiet. Also the lobby seats were spacious and comfortable.

Cons: When we first pulled in, there were cops there handling a “situation.” That wasn’t a great first impression.

Pros: The room was just like the 📸 pics showed. My girl and I were extremely impressed..the staff was incredible. The breakfast was delicious. The hospitality was very pleasant..my girl and I will definitely be back Dex

Cons: The air conditioner.. it stayed cold but it's summer time so we were actually ok.

Room was good, bed wasn't super comfy, staff allows people and children to run wild, but its fine for a hilton prope

Pros: The rooms were huge, checking in was a breeze, had 2 pools and staff were ok.

Cons: The fact that it had 2 pools did not negate from the fact that they allowed people to hog both pools for an entire day (a super hot day at that). I dont mind sharing a pool but when they allowed 15-20 kids and parents to take over the entire pool for over 8 hours, that's just not fair to the people who payed the same amount of money as them. They also allowed those children to run up and down the hallways while the parents continued to drink on the pool deck.
