Overall a great place to stay, will stay here again.

Pros: We have stayed at this hotel numerous time because my kids love the pools. They have a little separate kiddy pool for the little kids, a bigger pool for the older kids, and a hot tub for mom and dad.

Cons: Sometime the staff is occupied with their phones.

Pros: the pool, breakfast, how big the room is. i like there are two rooms, one for beds and one for living area. the location is by the freeway so it works out great for going to places. i’m going back today, and this will be my third time staying at this hotel.

Pros: The breakfast was good it would be nice if they had bacon and sausage just not sausage and be nice if they had some type of breakfast potatoes too. Other than that everything was good.

Cons: The rooms could be cleaner then what they was we found things on the floor like paper.

We had a great time the staff was helpful when we had questions.

Pros: There was breakfast every morning from 6-9, there was a kid's pool, regular pool and a hot tub and a fitness center. Very family friendly and pet friendly. My friend and I did not have any major issues the whole time we were there.

Cons: Our keys kept getting disconnected from the doors not a major problem just a set back. They were putting in a new system while we were there.

Pros: Excelente servicio, te ayudan y son Super diligentes y amables; super recomendado para familias con niños.

Pros: Husband had surgery. This was a perfect location and comfortable for his healing and recovery

Close to highway but great hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was great. We were also impressed with the water pressure and the hot water in demand. We loved the hot tub in our room! It was very clean.

Cons: As I walked in to check in, the attendant left. I believe he was helping another patron but didn't saying anything, like I'll be right back. The room was hot when we arrived, 76 degrees. The highway traffic (motorcycles) was extremely loud and did wake me during the night. I know that is not the hotels fault.

Pros: The location, the suite, the pool the staff. I have no complaints

Cons: The carpet is kinda bad and this place is huge so hard to find your way around inside

Cons: Terrible wifi service

Pros: The front staff especially Wendy! She was sympathetic to understanding my dogs needs. She is 10. So, I asked for a room on the ground floor close to the exit door. She was walks very slow. She sleeps a lot. Wendy exceeded more that expectations. She was a human being not just a firm staff member. She has compassion and actually listened. Wendy I definitely appreciate you.You made a difference.

Cons: The over night guy.is great! He works hard but has to deal with homeless. He cannot leave the lobby if someone I'd in there. So he can't check the stairwells or down by the pool. He should NOT BE ALONE.
