Perfect out of town base

Pros: Good out of town hotel, comfortable a suitable base for exploring the city.

The stay was comfortable, quiet and enjoyable. I would stay at this place again.

Pros: Location of the hotel was very convenient and the room was to our liking. Staff were very friendly and helpful from our check-in to check out.

Cons: What I didn't like was the view from our room...would've like a view of the mountains but we got a room where the view was on top of a roof where we couldn't see anything :(

It was a decent stay.

Pros: The breakfast was not great. The eggs were in a big block. There was little choice. I've definitely had better breakfast buffets.

Cons: More selection would have been nice. There were two ladies taking care of the dining room. They did not approach me while I was there, but did approach several other offering coffee or water.

Pros: Clean and quiet, except there was hall noise late night

Cons: Air conditioning was all or nothing

Overall stay was comfortable and the staff was amazing. Thank you Sheraton for a pleasant stay. :)

Pros: What I liked was our room was very comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was great.

Cons: There was no disappointment with our stay.

Get the room with a view

Pros: Overall it is a nice hotel. Great staff. The location is what really made me choose this hotel. I did want a top-floor room, to have the view in the featured picture, but it cost more than I was willing to pay. I do regret that now. For the price, you might as well splurge and get the room you want.

Cons: For the price, I expected a little more. As I stated in the likes, if and when we come back, I'll splurge to get a room with a view. Other than that, the hotel was nice and the service was great.

I will stay here again

Pros: Excellent location , enough parking very good breakfast staff is super helpful

Pros: Staff, specially the bartender, I think his name is Rick or Rich! Super friendly and very patience!

Cons: Bed was not comfortable enough. I know is something not that important but it was for me, hot water! Their hot water was not more warm and it was super cold outside.

Good price and a quiet place to stay.

Pros: A very quiet building. Much appreciated when you're tired not to be bothered by people walking above you or loud noises coming from the hallway.

Pros: No complaints. Everyone who worked there were wonderful and accommodating. From the front desk, to the ladies and gentlemen in the kitchen (I'm guessing in charge of breakfast and also the delicious food on the menu at the bar.) The bartenders were also fantastic. A great team/crew, all around. Also the sheraton isn't just out to get you for your money. They kindly accommodated my late checkout, without any pressure l, and or issues. Including my late-ish request to extend. Overall I felt welcome, my comfort, privacy and requests were honored and treated with the upmost respect. (Way more than I can say for other hotels.)

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. Maybe updating the pamphlets that list the available services upon request. But I'm guessing that is the responsibility of someone that is closer to marketing and the corporate level.
