Warm hospitality.

Pros: I stayed at this hotel for the Pacific Nations Cup’s rugby matches. This hotel is in a calm residential area. A big supermarket and a shopping mall are less than 10 minutes walk distance from this hotel. The staff were very friendly and supportive. Thank you very much.

Easy for a nights trip

This was the best hotel I stayed in whilst I explored America. The location was great, I could walk to nearby restaurant

Pros: Excellent hotel. wonderful staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Fresh bed linen. Kitchenette, large refrigerator. Large parking lot. Excellent breakfast with a good selection of fruits and drinks.

Cons: 1. Very noisy. Our room was 209, we heard noise from the road and Highway 70 all night, and the noise of trucks parking next to the hotel. There was probably some kind of technical room under our room, so the walls and floor were vibrating, and it was terrible. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy, even though it is brand new. The mattress was too soft, but that's personal preference.

Cons: Only a very minor gripe: the trash wasn't emptied in our room for a few days and we had to put the bag outside our room to be picked up.

Comfortable and well appointed

Pros: Very comfortable well designed hotel with a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Room was well equipped & included a small kitchen area.

Cons: The first room we were given was right next to the lift which makes an annoying electronic noise every time the doors opened - we asked to move and were quickly given a quieter room.
