Convenient and Comfortable

Pros: The Services was good. The 2 ladies that assisted w my registration were nice and friendly. I didnt get their names unfortunately. Comfortable room and Well equipped. I enjoyed the shower amenities and grateful to find a make up remover w the amenities. Thanks!

Cons: Just a suggestion, you should change the black out in room 210 is full of holes. It didnt bother me at all but it looks really bad. And someone sensitive could make a huge complaint

Pros: Continental breakfast was good. Staff Very Friendly. Parking was easy access to our room.

Cons: No problems or complaints

Pros: El hotel bonito, cómodo, limpio, el chico de la recepción encantador excelente atención,la habitación muy bonita, limpia y super cómoda.

Cons: El.desayuno no fue tan agradable, sentimos que habían sólo cosas dulces, sugerimos alimentos más caseros preparados en el momento.

Pros: Breakfast could be better with a few more options.

Cons: I wasn’t disappointed at all

Niveau qualité prix et le niveau de l'hôtel je crois que j'ai trouvé

Pros: Je n'ai rien à dire design propre les chambres super belle à l'ascenseur une belle piscine certes un peu petite mais très agréable avec le spa

Cons: Ce que je n'ai pas aimé et que je regrette c'est qu'ils disent qu'il y a un petit déjeuner continental certes il y a comme une petite salle de restaurant pour le petit déjeuner. Mais je suis déçu car pas d'oeuf brouillé pas de saucisse ,patate et pain de mie. Je suis déçu donc par le petit-déjeuner je pensais me régaler mais loin de là il y avait vraiment le strict minimum.

Pros: Everything was very fast and efficient and can't remember his name but the kid at the front counter was excellent and very kind.

Cons: The bed was comfy, but the pillows were too soft. Just my preference.

I will definitely be looking for a SPARK hotel for my next hotel stay.

Pros: the room was very nice and clean. I loved how my name was shown on the TV screen when we entered the room.

Cons: I had hoped for more of a breakfast, not just bagels and cereal. But it's complimentary, so I'm definitely not complaining

Pros: Check in staff was excellent. She knew her job well and was accomdating to everthing I needed.

Pros: comfy bed, nice front desk people, nice to have laundry services

Pros: The Manager was very polite when I checked in. Free breakfast. King sized bed. Ample free parking.

Cons: The common areas (elevator, hallway trash cans) could have been cleaner. Female hair all over the bathroom and towels. Thank you for breakfast but the eggs tasted and felt artificial as did the potatoes. Serve the real thing. The rest of the breakfast was good.
