Short, Easy, clean and well worth it !

Pros: Clean and good location for a 1 night stop off! Had laundry services and a nice bar to have dinner and a drink.

For the price paid, we expect convenience, on-site food options, and accurate amenities as listed on Booking.com. While

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable, the gym was good, breakfast was adequate and the airport shuttle worked well. The location near the airport is very convenient for early flights.

Cons: We stayed on New Year’s Eve and specifically chose this hotel for the convenience of on-site food and drinks. We weren’t looking for elaborate NYE plans—just comfort and ease. Upon arrival, we discovered the Starbucks was gone, which had not been updated on Booking.com and influenced our booking. More frustrating, there was no food service at all due to no cook on duty. This was only communicated after we sought someone out at the bar, with no mention at check-in, no apology, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. This hotel is close to popular restaurants but in winter to cold to walk to. We ultimately had to DoorDash dinner, which defeated the purpose of choosing this hotel.

I would stay there again

Pros: Breakfast was good. Lots of space to work in down by the lobby and the bar was a nice setting.

Cons: Had to pay for parking. Renovation work was in progress.

Great…perfect for a lay over.

Pros: We got the shuttle from the airport which was handy. Hotel is clean and spacious, friendly staff and very comfortable, the breakfast was really good and at $8 each excellent value. We stayed one night and would recommend it.

Pros: Size of room with individual sitting area Large bathroom with walk in shower rather than shower over bath tub Staff friendly & helpful Great access to Pena station Bar meals available & good choice of food

Cons: Swimming pool was freezing cold - too cold to swim Breakfast was adequate but basic ie fresh fruit salad only available on the Sunday- not on the Monday

Great stopover place, especially after a long day travelling

Pros: Friendly staff. We couldn’t connect to the WiFi so the guy at reception came to our room to resolve it. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve experienced and the breakfast good quality
