Good Value, Decent People, Worth it!

Pros: I travel for work and stay for months at a time all over the country. This is a GREAT budget-friendly option for extended stay. Far cleaner and nicer than many I've stayed in. Staff is friendly and helpful and they remember your name and things about you that make you feel comfortable and valued as a guest. Mad kudos to Alfred and Cornell, and the Saturday morning gal, I don't recall her name! They go above and beyond to make sure the stay is going well. My room is very clean and well-appointed. GREAT mattress! I haven't seen a single bug in four months of staying here for work relocation. The full size fridge/freezer and stovetop are wonderful for feeling like I'm at home versus in a hotel. Shower is always hot!! Only a couple of instances of domestic-type disturbances by other guests. In general this is a quiet family AND dog friendly hotel.

Cons: Daily pet fee for long-term guests who don't ask for housekeeping services is excessive. I think a pet damage/cleaning deposit at the beginning of the stay should be enough and would be more fair. I'm literally paying $280-300 per month just for my little dog. The property grounds need a good cleaning, lots of trash and leaves. Could use a pressure washing. Management was responsive that that feedback; they are waiting until snow is done to take care of grounds, so looking forward to that! Television channel selection is fairly limited compared to other properties, but it's not a deal breaker considering the overall comfort of this place.

Pros: I have loved staying here. The staff is so friendly and the bed is so comfortable. I would highly recommend Main Stay to everyone!

Pros: Staff is super friendly and helpful and even had a crockpot for me to use!

Pros: Alfred was wonderful, he was very friendly, he always had a smile on his face. He made us feel right at home. I love the rooms they are spacious and comfortable.

Cons: The side door coming into the building. Our room was right next to it and we could hear it slamming all night long.

We did enjoy our stay, the location and the room. We will stay there again.

Pros: I didn't realize that I was getting a suite that had a kitchen, full fridge and cooking facilities. That was a bonus to our stay. We shopped locally and was able to have meals in our room. Very nice, clean, well-supplied kitchen area.

Cons: It wasn't the cleanest around the outside of the hotel. Other guests were long time residents who didn't clean up after themselves.

Pros: They were able to upgrade us to a two bed room as my husband had to come along last minute because the engine in my car blew up on the way to Denver. So thankful for this!

Cons: The hallway floor looked like a murder scene lol, but overall it was great.
