Great location, super comfy bedding, and a wonderful host!

Pros: Jeff and his two adorable cats were great hosts. (The cats aren't allowed in the room, but they will happily greet you at the entrance.) The location is perfect for hikers and Red Rocks enthusiasts. The bedding and towels are among the softest I've run across in decades of traveling. The kitchenette is perfect for folks on the go, and is very well stocked for tea and coffee lovers. WIfi and TV options were good, too. Thanks, Jeff!

Cons: The only caution we can give is completely out of the owner's control. If you are a VERY light sleeper, sound travels well in the house. Otherwise, we LOVED this place, and will be back, 100%

Pros: Very cozy, great location close to shops and 10 minutes away from Red Rock Park. It has a washer and dryer I was able to do a quick load before I left. Plus the bathroom was a great size, nice shower with high pressure great after a long hike. Jeff had given me a lot of information about the area and some great suggestions to try while exploring. I would definitely stay again.

easy in, easy out. quite comfy.

Pros: great location. It was close to stores, restaurants, Red Rocks, easy on and easy off the highway. we got around quite nicely. basement was remodeled & quite comfy for a short stay.

Place was quiet, clean, affordable, large and close to everything.

Pros: The place was clean, and it was a great location to Red Rocks. The kitties were adorable and an extra bonus. The owner Jeff, was very nice and hopefully next time we visit we can stay here again.

Awesome basement

Pros: I like how close this place is to Red Rocks. 15 minutes. The place was clean and cozy. The 2 cats are very friendly. I like that it's private and not a hotel. Great place

Great location, comfortable and quiet.

Pros: My suite was very comfortable and so was the bed.The area was very quiet as well. The location was great!! Steve replied to any message I sent promptly.
