Pros: The location was close to the venue we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The deck in the morning was beautiful. Beds in most bedrooms were comfortable. Instructions in ad and on QR code in home were helpful. Check out directions were clear and simple.

Cons: The theater room projector wasn't working, which was a big point of why we chose this booking. (The host did give advance notice that it wasn't working). There were visitors to the property for various reasons that was not made clear beforehand so as a house of mostly women was a little startling. Master bedroom upstairs the only place to store clothes was the closet (no dresser in room), but the closet was chain locked so you also couldn't use that.
