Pros: Six of us went to Colorado for the first time to see a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater which is why we picked this house. It is located not too far from the main highways to get you to most locations. We were so pleased with the house as soon as we walked in and felt comfortable. Tara was our contact and she was great! Anytime I called or texted with a question or request, she replied within a reasonable time frame. The house is clean and very comfortable; the pictures on the site are not deceiving.

Overall great stay! Very well appointed!!

Pros: Location was central to Golden, Morrison, Evergreen and many other areas. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well appointed. Many extras, fan, iron, washer and dryer for guests, plenty of towels for everyone.

Cons: Wish upstairs suite had a door at top of stairs for privacy as could hear everything downstairs. Also hot tub on site but not able to use.
