Pros: The unit is in a terrific location. Walk out the back door and you're 100yrs from the gondola, walk out the front door and you're in the heart of River Run Village. Building while not brand new, is clean and well maintained, giving it a well-loved feel. Unit was nicely appointed and comfortable.

Cons: A bit on the pricey side, but so is everything if you want to be that close to the lift and village.
