I loved staying in the Edgewater community and would do so again. Would pick a different unit next time just for privac

Pros: This property is right on the Colorado River. It is a very beautiful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Cons: There was no blinds on the sliding glass door or front door. People could see in easily. The neighbors waved at me once from there patio while I was sitting in the living room. I like a little more privacy. The home was hot during the day and was hard to cool off with just the windows open. It would cool off in the evenings and was very comfortable then. Had to get showers before anyone went to sleep in the front bedroom due to the water heater was in the closet and was very loud.
