I would recommend anyone to stay here. Josh was easily contacted and made contact back.

Pros: The house was clean when we arrived. The location was perfect. Close to downtown and all the old shops! The house had plenty of space!

Cons: The trash can was full when we arrived on Saturday. Trash didn't pick up until Tuesday. Therefore we had to keep the bagged trash in the kitchen floor for 4 days! There was not an a/c unit, and it got muggy.

Pros: The house was so neat and spacious! It was within walking distance of all the fun stores and had convenient off-street parking. Every room has a TV and private bathroom, and the kitchen was beautiful.

Cons: It was a little cold while I was there - I had the heater in my room running for most of my stay.
