Enjoyed it!

Pros: It was a great layout. Very nice home. Great location.

Cons: The balcony or deck was advertised as perfect and for the most part it was. But how you get on to it made it basically unusable. Not much that can be done as it's the way the home was built. Absolutely NOT a deal breaker.
