Pros: The location was fantastic, close to freeway and downtown, felt safe walking around, many restaurants close by. We loved the special attention to good quality coffee! However, parking was a pain.

Cons: Wish the building had reserved underground parking, or even an open-air area for parking. Finding parking was not easy, and we were relocating (to Denver) so the car was packed, made us very uncomfortable parking it on a distant street. Fortunately, it worked out. Also did not like the fact that the living room had only thin drapery and no blinds, keeping the room brightly lit all night (plenty of streetlights right outside). We were 3 guests, and the person who slept on the fold away couch in the living room had a hard time sleeping.

Cons: Check in muy tarde. La persona responsable nunca me envió el mensaje de texto confirmando los códigos de acceso al edificio y al departamento.

Great comfort in a great neighborhood

Pros: Comfortable and very convenient location in a nice neighborhood, walking distance to many restaurants. A good brewery next door.

Cons: AC turned down at night making summer nights hot. Rooms very comfortable but too bright. Maybe have tighter shades?
