Pros: Unfassbar gute Ausstattung! Es gab ein Paket Kaffepulver, Waschmittel, Spülmittel, Duschzeug.... Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung der Küche sehr, sehr gut! Der Kontakt zu dem Personal war problemlos und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten vorab Sorge wegen der Parkplatz Situation. Vor dem Haus und in den Straßen drumherum gibt es aber jede Menge Parkplätze. Man muss allerdings wissen, dass an jedem dritten Dienstag im Monat die Straßenreinigung kommt und daher dann von morgens 9 Uhr bis 17 Uhr Parkverbot herrscht. Wenn man das beachtet, kann man gut kostenlos dort parken. An den meisten Tagen haben wir direkt vor dem Eingang parken können.

Cons: Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die quietschenden Türen und das Bett, was bei jede Bewegung quietscht und knarrt.

Pros: As advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped.

Cons: Room didn't come with enough bedding for all the beds - had to call for more.

Cons: parking wasn’t the best and there is no mountain view from any point in the property

This is now, without a doubt, my regular place to stay whenever i am in Denver.

Pros: the atmosphere and location are absolutely amazing. being in such a walkable location was a HUGE plus. Customer service could not have been better, they were exceptional.

Cons: there was nothing about this property that i did not like.
